Now that we've fixed everything, this will be the last update until 1.6.10, which will itself be the last update before 1.7.0.

Here's the list of all the changes made since the last public version, 1.6.3-Final:

-Changed the codebase drastically for ease of use. Most older saves will now be incompatible. To mitigate this, a pre-made save of the game (from a completed run that stops right before chosing which Zenelith path to take) has been integrated in this version.
-Changed the regular dinner with Thea options so that it only appears after you've had a special dinner with her.
-Changed when Thea is at work. Now instead of working in the evening she works at noon and in the afternoon.

-Fixed an unreported bug with being able to get Thea's clothes without having asked them.
-Fixed some typos.
-Fixed bug with the last events of Zenelith's route being inaccessible.
-Fixed bug with being taken back to the beginning of the game after interacting with Zen after the end of her romance route.
-Fixed broken backgrounds of Cynthia's room from 1.6.9-3 Final.
-Fixed bug with not being able to properly access Cynthia's quarters.
-Fixed Scarlet mentioning sleeping in the locker despite that having been changed in the new CG.

-Tweaked the sprites of Lori and Milly.
